The cook book is supporting this process - and it is written by the community, from our community experiences and of course for the community.
The Cook Book outlines best practices to support development teams. Essentially it is a life cycle of the team
development - from the inception of a development team, through the optimization of that team's professional development i.e. - when the development team becomes a support team and customization team.
